When you loses a chicken, spend the price of a buffalo if you want your chicken to be found.
This anecdote litigants in Indonesia today.
That means it costs a fortune litigants (read to the little people - mostly). So what specified by law makers in the Basic Law on Judicial Power ( Undang undang Pokok Kekuasan Kehakiman, uu no. 14 tahun 1970 artile 4 (2) and uu no.7 th 1989 article 57 (3), that the principle of seeking justice for litigants is " simple, fast and soft costs" is just a mere slogan.
Now the cost of execution for the District Court a class I or class IIb in East Java between Rp5.million until Rp 7 million (the execution of the auction).
To first litigation between Rp700.000,- until Rp3 million relatively with parties involved. Not including the foreclosure of collateral and other
Well what is right, a buffalo must be provided (a buffalo worth maybe between 5 to 6 million rupiah) or the cost of light, simple and quick?
If your claim worth only around 15 million, then do not expect to get full value if they win later in the litigants. Is like the proverbial "win lose so charcoal ashes. "
That's why the title of my post this time is the " Carabao " it means buffalo.
But must be consider that the meanaing of carabao in my native language was very stupid animal

No Tobacco Day
Did you know that today is a day without tobacco - which also means that it is today without cigarettes and automatically should not smoke?
Certainly have a lot of experts that provide exposure to or discussion of how the dangers of cigarettes and cigarette smoke.
Still remember my post yesterday - which describes abuse and negelected toddlers because its dependence on nicotine - its dependence on cigarettes should be banging his head made him miserable to the wall because a cigarette?
Well, let's do not have to smoke, at least for this day.

Poor and Neglected Children (2 )
The Neglected Child
Maybe we'll confused meaning whether abused children who also become part of a neglected child. How do abused children and how well the child is neglected?
The abused children will enter one of the children displaced, but neglected children who may also be part of an abused child.
Noteworthy is the boy who became abused - whether they were abused by individuals (father or mother or family, or another individual), or whether they were persecuted because of inadequate public systems.
So the question arises when children become abused were causing by institution who is the most contribute towards or by the individuals?
Very interesting news about the children (toddlers), addict smokers. His parents did not feel neglected children. But the people from domestic to overseas feel "there is an error" action wuth the boy. Try to see the news below:
"If not given, the AR will be angry, screaming and banging her head against the wall," said his mother. (AR is the name of boy that addicted to cigarettes)
But how the comments from his father?
"His son looked healthy, according to me. I do not have a problem," said M father of AR. ( please seacrh or browsing in google news seacrh with title: anak perokok ).
The problem is there are different views that banging your head to the wall (though still must follow the required conditions if the cigarette is not given) was not abused emotionally, with the outer physical who appear healthy but emotionally there depending to cigarets ..

The Poor Family and Neglected Children.
Poor Family And The Neglected Children (1)
--- "Poor and neglected children reared by the State, -" the `45 basic laws said in old version, that before any amendment of the Assembly ( MPR ) as contained in article 34.
Now, in the latest version of an amendment to the basic laws in 2002 and then listed in article 34 regarding the chapter XIV of the National Economy and Social Welfare said:
(1) the poor and neglected children are maintained by the State
(2) The state develops a social security system for all people and to empower the weak and incapable in accordance with human dignity.
(3) The state is responsible for the provision of health care facilities and public service facilities are feasible.
(4) Further provisions concerning the implementation of this article set out in legislation.
Invite law has changed, and comprehensive. But what about the applications in the field?
Recently a lot of rumors in society that beggars were actually far richer than the giver ( money ).
My guests just having the edge of the market stalls where he often told that the rest of the singers, and beggar iat his city. Almost all of them a decent and worthy son of his son educated in fact sometimes they still have the farm animals (cows, etc.) or a fairly wide field.
Well if'm so who is wrong? Apparently, the Prophet's hadith that says "hand over (meaning that giving alms) is more noble than that under the hand (which asked for alms)" does not comprehend its meaning. Again this is a moral and religious issues.
All these issue are related in Indonesia Country`s regulation.
